Common use of EXTRAORDINARY TRAVEL Clause in Contracts

EXTRAORDINARY TRAVEL. Contractor agrees to obtain written approval from the Court prior to incurring extraordinary travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare and overnight accommodations. Contractor agrees to submit a travel plan to the Court for review that includes the date(s) of travel, the reason travel is required, and an estimate of expense(s). Upon approval by the Court to a travel plan, any and all changes thereto must be approved in writing by the Court. Contractor agrees to provide copies of receipts and vouchers for reimbursement of all travel expenses.
