Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. Upon the incorporation of Xxxxxxx, the new “Village of Xxxxxx” agrees to waive certain portions of its extraterritorial jurisdiction within the Cooperative Plan Area. Extraterritorial jurisdiction is discussed in more detail in Section 6 below.
