Common use of EYE TREATMENT Clause in Contracts

EYE TREATMENT. If surgery or laser treatment is a medical Emergency, the first CAN $2,000 is covered at one hundred (100%) percent and the benefit shall be limited to fifty percent (50%) of the actual cost over that amount. Any cost related to glaucoma and/or cataract surgery is not covered.
