In the event of loss or damage of eyeglasses or contact lenses of the BENEFICIARY, the COMPANY will schedule an appointment with an optometrist who will provide a prescription and will allow for the replacement of the lenses. The cost of the lenses will be covered by the BENEFICIARY.
