Common use of EZ - Reload By Card Facility Clause in Contracts

EZ - Reload By Card Facility. (a) You acknowledge that the Card incorporates an EZ - Reload By Card Facility which must be activated at a TransitLink Ticket Office prior to usage. The EZ - Reload Facility enables the ez-link Facility incorporated into your Card to be revalued automatically (by debiting from the Card account) when the remaining stored value in the ezlink Facility incorporated into your Card reaches zero or becomes negative. You authorise Citibank to apply to EZL on your behalf for the EZ - Reload Facility.
