Use of Card. PIN 1.1. RECEIPT OF CARD/PIN Once your application for a Card is approved, we shall send you a Card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used in conjunction with your Card. Please sign your Card upon receiving it.
Use of Card. 7.1 On receipt of the Card, you must immediately sign on the signature panel on the reverse of the Card. 7.2 The Card may be used only for bona fide personal or official 7.3 purchase of goods and / or services. You shall not use the Card to purchase anything to resell for commercial or business purpose, to derive any financial gains. 7.4 International Credit Cards cannot be used on internet or otherwise for purchase of prohibited items, like lottery tickets, banned or proscribed magazines, participation in sweepstakes, payment for callback services, and / or such items / activities for which no drawal of foreign exchange is permitted. 7.5 You must sign and / or collect the charge slip, cash advance slip or mail order coupon at the time of incurring the Charge. Failure to sign a charge slip will not discharge you of the liability for the Charges. You must retain your copy of the charge slips for at least six months. Upon your request, the Bank may, at its sole discretion, provide copies of charge slips, subject to payment of an additional charge at the prevailing rate. 7.6 The Bank may, at any time without prior notice, or stating any reason whatsoever, refuse authorisation for a Charge at a Merchant Establishment, and / or restrict or defer the Cardmember's ability to use the Card and / or suspend or cancel the Card. The Bank through the ATM, Merchant Establishment, by itself may repossess / retain the Credit Card, if it reasonably believes that it is necessary to do so for proper management of credit or business risk, or if the Card or Card Account is being misused or likely to be misused. You agree to the above without any protest or demur. 7.7 Any charge slips or other payment requisition received by the Bank for any transaction on the Card Account for the payment, shall be conclusive proof that the amount recorded on such charge slip or other requisition, was incurred by the use of the Card by you. Where charge slip or voucher is not available, viz. mail order or telephone order or electronic commerce (e.g., internet), and your dispute that transaction, you will first clear the outstanding on the Card, and shall resolve the dispute directly with the concerned Merchant Establishment. The Bank shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for the same. 7.1 Surcharge may be levied on purchase of certain product and services, as notified by the Bank from time to time. Use of Card. (a) The Cardmember/Company is liable to RHB Bank for all transactions carried out by the Cardmember/Company using the Card and for all related charges billed to the Card Account. (b) The Cardmember/Company continues to be liable for such transactions and charges even though the Card has been cancelled and/or this Agreement has been terminated. (a) To carry out a credit purchase from any Merchant using the Card, the Cardmember/Company must sign a sales draft, prepared by the Merchant. (b) RHB Bank may, and is unconditionally authorized by the Cardmember/Company to, purchase such sales draft from the Merchant and debit the Cardmember/Company’s relevant Card Account for the amount paid by RHB Bank for such purchase. 3.3 In addition to Clause 3.2, the Cardmember/Company unconditionally authorises RHB Bank: (a) to purchase his/her/its unsigned sales drafts; and (b) to debit his/her/its Card Account for the repayments made by RHB Bank for such purchase, if, based on satisfactory evidence, RHB Bank determines that the omission is due to: (i) the nature of the transaction; or (ii) an oversight on the part of the Cardmember/Company and/or the Merchant. 3.4 Unless there is any manifest error: (a) any such determination by RHB Bank is binding and conclusive on the Cardmember/Company; and (b) RHB Bank may treat its record of any transaction carried out using the Card including transactions carried out through the internet, mail orders, telephone or any other means acceptable to RHB Bank from time to time) as evidence of a debt properly incurred by the Cardmember/Company to be debited to the relevant Card Account. This is applicable irrespective of whether or not such record contains the Cardmember’s signature. 3.5 RHB Bank will, having evaluated the financial condition, the accounts and other financial documents in respect of the potential Company furnished to RHB Bank, assign a Card Limit to the relevant Card Account that must be strictly observed by the Cardmember/Company. 3.6 If the Company operates two (2) or more Card Accounts, a combined Card Limit will be assigned to the Card Accounts representing the total credit limit extended to cover the use of all Cards held by the Company. (a) RHB Bank may at any time vary the Card Limit: (i) by decreasing the Card Limit by giving notice at least twenty-one (21) calendar days to the Cardmember/Company and stating in the notice the reason(s) for such decrease; (ii) upon RHB Bank’s receipt of the Company’s request for such ...

Use of Card. PIN/SECURITY PROCEDURE 2.1. RECEIPT OF CARD/PIN/ACTIVATION OF SECURITY PROCEDURES a. Once your application for a Card is approved, we shall send you a Card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used in conjunction with your Card. Upon receipt of your Card, you should sign the Card and comply with such card activation procedures as may be prescribed by us. You shall not disclose the PIN or any Security Procedure to any other person and should change the PIN from time to time for security reasons. If you intend to use your Card in connection with any Digital Payment Service, you must comply with such Security Procedure(s) we may designate for card activation, security and other procedures as may be prescribed by us from time to time. You shall be solely responsible for obtaining at your cost any Enabled Devices, software and/or telecommunications or other services necessary for the use of any Digital Payment Service. If you are a Supplementary Cardmember, you may be subject to further activation, security and other procedures in relation to any Digital Payment Service as may be prescribed by us from time to time. b. By activating any Card, and/or completing any activation procedure for any Tokenised Card, Enabled Device or Digital Payment Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Terms and conditions governing Electronic Banking Services and any other terms we may designate as applicable in respect of such Card and/or Digital Payment Service, as the case may be and to be liable for all transactions made by or through the same.
Use of Card. Credit for purchases from a merchant or a cash advance from a participating financial institution may be obtained by Holder or an authorized user of Holder’s card presenting one of Holder’s cards to the merchant or participating financial institution and , if requested by providing the proper identifying information and signing the appropriate drafts. Failure to sign a draft does not relieve the Holder of liability for purchases made or cash received. The use of this card for illegal transactions is prohibited. The card may also be used to obtain cash advances from certain automated equipment provided it is used with Holder’s correct Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) issued to Holder. Holder may perform cash advance withdrawals totaling not more than $500 each day from compatible ATM terminals. Terminals or terminal operators may have other limits on the amounts or frequency of cash withdrawals. Holder will not be liable for the unauthorized use of the card or PIN issued to Holder which occurs before Issuer receives notification orally or in writing of loss, theft or possible unauthorized use of card or PIN. Lost or stolen cards or PINS should be reported immediately to Issuer by notifying Customer Service, P.O. 2208, Grand Rapids, MI 00000- 0000, and Telephone (000) 000-0000.
Use of Card. You may use your card to carry out the transactions described in the Disclosure Statement under the heading “Transfer Types and Limitations”. We may agree with you in the future that other transactions can be carried out using your card and, in such event, we will notify you as to those transactions. You agree not to use your card to effectuate any transaction, which is unlawful under applicable law, such as unlawful gambling.
Use of Card. 4.1 The Card Holder shall be required to treat their Card, PIN Code, and Platform Access Code and Password with due care. The Card Holder shall be required to take any action that is required to secure their Card and to prevent its unauthorised use. 4.2 A Card Holder shall be required to arrange for a Card to be blocked immediately if there is any reason to do so. In this respect the Card Holder shall always be required to ensure that they are familiar with any directions which XXImo issues, for example, to prevent their Card and PIN Code from being used for fraudulent purposes. 4.3 The Card Holder shall always have a duty to store their Card safely and with due care. In this respect the Card Holder shall ensure that: a. no other person can see their Card in the place where it is stored when the Card Holder is not using it; b. no other person can see where the Card Holder keeps their Card; c. their Card is stored in such a way that it is impossible for any other person to take the Card without being noticed; d. they do not lose their Card. For the purposes of Subclauses (a) to (c) "other person" is deemed to refer to: a family member, a friend, a housemate, colleague, member of a Partner's staff or any of the Card Holder's visitors. 4.4 The Card Holder shall always be required to exercise due care when using their Card. The following rules shall at any rate apply in this respect: a. the Card Holder shall never relinquish possession of their Card, even if another person wishes to help them; b. the Card Holder shall never lose sight of their Card until it is safely stored again; c. the Card Holder shall always check that their own Card is returned to them after it has been used and that it is not switched for another one; d. the Card Holder shall strictly heed any directions on an automatic telling machine or point- of-sale terminal concerning its security. e. the Card Holder shall contact XXImo immediately through the alarm centre specified by XXImo to arrange for their Card to be blocked or if it is not returned to them following a transaction; f. the Card Holder shall not use their Card where they know or suspect that its use in certain situations is or may be insecure; g. the Card Holder shall not allow themself to be distracted when they use their Card.
Use of Card. You may only buy goods or services from businesses displaying the Visa sign (“Merchant”), or borrow cash from the Credit Union or other institutions displaying such signs. You must follow any reasonable and proper procedures by those honoring the Card. In order for the Card to be valid, it must be signed by the Cardholder or Authorized User. The Cardholder must be a Credit Union member. By signing, activating, using, or allowing another person to use the Card, you agree to this Agreement and are responsible for all authorized transactions and cash advances made by the use of this Card. Activating Your Card: You must activate your Card by calling 0-000-000-0000. The Card is not valid until it has been activated.
