Facilitating Amendments at Managing Member’s Discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in the event of any transfers to or by a Trust in accordance with this Section 15.15(i), the Managing Member shall be entitled, in its sole discretion and without the consent or agreement of any other Member, to make such amendments to this Agreement as it deems necessary from time to time in order to reflect that the Trust(s) or any subsequent transferees may not assume all of the obligations attaching to the subject LLC Interests, including the obligations to make Capital Contributions.
