FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. 1. The College will provide dedicated work space for each staff member, including furniture, equipment, and technology (e.g. office software, hardware, email account, internet access) appropriate to their role, as determined by the College. The dedicated work space will provide privacy appropriate to the employee’s role and responsibilities. By "dedicated work space", the parties mean space to which the employee is entitled to return from work day to work day and that incorporates locked or otherwise secure space (drawer, desk, cabinet, or the equivalent) for personal effects and confidential work product.
