Facilities Programming Foundation. The Consultant Team will compile information provided by the Airport, review pertinent documents, drawings, and data to understand the layout and utilization of passenger processing facilities. Preliminary information requests include but are not limited to reports or studies of on-going/current projects, facility area and equipment inventories, passenger surveys, passenger data collections/counts, digital drawings of terminal and concourse facilities, and aircraft gate configurations.
