Common use of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel shall, at Z-Tel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel or Z-Tel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Reconex shall, at Z-TelReconex’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Reconex or Z-Tel Reconex Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel CBB shall, at Z-TelCBB’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel CBB or Z-Tel CBB Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel PNG shall, at Z-TelPNG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel PNG or Z-Tel PNG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel NUI shall, at Z-TelNUI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel NUI or Z-Tel NUI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel BTLLC shall, at Z-TelBTLLC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel BTLLC or Z-Tel BTLLC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Rhythms shall, at Z-Tel’s Rhythms' expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Rhythms or Z-Tel Rhythms Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Covista shall, at Z-TelCovista’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Covista or Z-Tel Covista Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Budget Phone shall, at Z-TelBudget Phone’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Budget Phone or Z-Tel Budget Phone Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel MLTC shall, at Z-TelMLTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel MLTC or Z-Tel MLTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Connectel shall, at Z-TelConnectel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Connectel or Z-Tel Connectel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Access Point shall, at Z-TelAccess Point’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Access Point or Z-Tel Access Point Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel MetTel shall, at Z-TelMetTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel MetTel or Z-Tel MetTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel GNAPs Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel GNAPs shall, at Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel GNAPs or Z-Tel GNAPs Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel BullsEye shall, at Z-TelBullsEye’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel BullsEye or Z-Tel BullsEye Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel FTCS shall, at Z-TelFTCS’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel FTCS or Z-Tel FTCS Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel MMG shall, at Z-TelMMG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel MMG or Z-Tel MMG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Ymax shall, at Z-TelXxxx’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Ymax or Z-Tel Ymax Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel DSLnet shall, at Z-TelDSLnet’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel DSLnet or Z-Tel DSLnet Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Ygnition shall, at Z-TelYgnition’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Ygnition or Z-Tel Ygnition Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel SBCT shall, at Z-TelSBCT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel SBCT or Z-Tel SBCT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Airespring shall, at Z-TelAirespring’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Airespring or Z-Tel Airespring Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Synopsis shall, at Z-TelSynopsis’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Synopsis or Z-Tel Synopsis Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel ATI shall, at Z-TelATI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel ATI or Z-Tel ATI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Cypress Communications Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Cypress Communications shall, at Z-Tel’s Cypress Communications’ expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 . Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Cypress Communications or Z-Tel Cypress Communications Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel FRCI Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel FRCI shall, at Z-TelFRCI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel FRCI or Z-Tel FRCI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Direct2Internet shall, at Z-TelDirect2Internet’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Direct2Internet or Z-Tel Direct2Internet Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel NOW shall, at Z-TelNOW’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel NOW or Z-Tel NOW Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel ICG shall, at Z-TelICG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access.access.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel ICG or Z-Tel ICG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall, at Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or Z-Tel Talk Unlimited Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Winn Telecom shall, at Z-TelWinn Telecom’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Winn Telecom or Z-Tel Winn Telecom Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Intrado shall, at Z-TelIntrado’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Intrado or Z-Tel Intrado Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

ZA-Tel Tech shall, at ZA-TelTech’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by ZA-Tel Tech or ZA-Tel Tech Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel InteleTel shall, at Z-TelInteleTel’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel InteleTel or Z-Tel InteleTel Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel InterGlobe shall, at Z-TelInterGlobe’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel InterGlobe or Z-Tel InterGlobe Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel First Comm shall, at Z-TelFirst Comm’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel First Comm or Z-Tel First Comm Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel STG shall, at Z-TelSTG’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel STG or Z-Tel STG Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Xxxxxxx shall, at Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxx’x expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Xxxxxxx or Z-Tel Xxxxxxx Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel DTI shall, at Z-TelDTI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel DTI or Z-Tel DTI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to ZPhone-Tel Link Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. ZPhone-Tel Link shall, at ZPhone-TelLink’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by ZPhone- Link or Phone-Tel or Z-Tel Link Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel New Horizons Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel New Horizons shall, at Z-TelNew Horizons’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel New Horizons or Z-Tel New Horizons Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Global Link shall, at Z-TelGlobal Link’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Global Link or Z-Tel Global Link Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel PN shall, at Z-TelPN’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel PN or Z-Tel PN Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Velocity Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Velocity shall, at Z-TelVelocity’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Velocity or Z-Tel Velocity Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Prospeed Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Prospeed shall, at Z-TelProspeed’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Prospeed or Z-Tel Prospeed Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Hello Depot Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Hello Depot shall, at Z-TelHello Depot’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Hello Depot or Z-Tel Hello Depot Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel IG2 shall, at Z-TelIG2’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel IG2 or Z-Tel IG2 Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel DMJ shall, at Z-TelDMJ’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel DMJ or Z-Tel DMJ Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Tech Com shall, at Z-TelTech Com’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Tech Com or Z-Tel Tech Com Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Prepaid shall, at Z-TelPrepaid’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Prepaid or Z-Tel Prepaid Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Ciera shall, at Z-TelCiera’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Ciera or Z-Tel Ciera Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Verizon Avenue Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Verizon Avenue shall, at Z-TelVerizon Avenue’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Verizon Avenue or Z-Tel Verizon Avenue Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Rhythms shall, at Z-Tel’s Rhythms' expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by VerizonXxxxxxx, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Rhythms or Z-Tel Rhythms Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel GCTC shall, at Z-TelGCTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel GCTC or Z-Tel GCTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Talk Unlimited Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall, at Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited or Z-Tel Talk Unlimited Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Facilities. 5.1.1 Verizon and its suppliers shall retain all of their right, title and interest in all facilities, equipment, software, information, and wiring, wiring used to provide Verizon Telecommunications Services. 5.1.2 Verizon shall have access at all reasonable times to Z-Tel Ymax Customer locations for the purpose of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and removing, facilities, equipment, software, and wiring, wiring used to provide the Verizon Telecommunications Services. Z-Tel Ymax shall, at Z-TelYmax’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Ymax or Z-Tel Ymax Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel RVP shall, at Z-TelRVP’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel RVP or Z-Tel RVP Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Norcom shall, at Z-TelNorcom’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Norcom or Z-Tel Norcom Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel NTC shall, at Z-TelNTC’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel NTC or Z-Tel NTC Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Teleconex shall, at Z-TelTeleconex’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Teleconex or Z-Tel Teleconex Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.Services.‌‌‌‌‌

Z-Tel Syniverse shall, at Z-TelSyniverse’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Syniverse or Z-Tel Syniverse Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel BitWise shall, at Z-TelBitWise’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel BitWise or Z-Tel BitWise Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel NTE shall, at Z-TelNTE’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel NTE or Z-Tel NTE Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel DSCI shall, at Z-TelDSCI’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel DSCI or Z-Tel DSCI Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.Services.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

Z-Tel MHT shall, at Z-TelMHT’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel MHT or Z-Tel MHT Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.

Z-Tel Premiere shall, at Z-TelPremiere’s expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, provided by Z-Tel Premiere or Z-Tel Premiere Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.Services.‌‌‌‌‌

Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx shall, at Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxxx’x expense, obtain any rights and authorizations necessary for such access. 5.1.3 Except as otherwise agreed to in writing by Verizon, Verizon shall not be responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, or removal, removal of facilities, equipment, software, or wiring, wiring provided by Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx or Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx Customers for use with Verizon Telecommunications Services.
