Facility A. Subject to clause 3.2 (Rolled Loan β restrictions) of the Intercreditor Agreement, the Borrower shall repay the Facility A Loan in full on the Termination Date applicable to Facility A. The Borrower may not reborrow any part of the Facility A Loan that is repaid.
