Common use of Facility Agent Approval Clause in Contracts

Facility Agent Approval. In connection with the acquisition of any Contract by the Borrower or the incremental pledge of any Contract owned by the Borrower, (1) the Borrower shall have received an Asset Approval Notice with respect to such Contract from the Facility Agent and (2) the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager on its behalf) shall have given electronic notice back to the Facility Agent that it acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in the related Asset Approval Notice;

Facility Agent Approval. In connection with the acquisition of any Contract Collateral Obligation by the Borrower or the incremental pledge of any Contract Collateral Obligation owned by the Borrower, (1) the Borrower shall have received an Asset Approval Notice with respect to such Contract Collateral Obligation from the Facility Agent and (2) the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager Servicer on its behalf) shall have given electronic notice back to the Facility Agent that it acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in the related Asset Approval Notice;
