Common use of Facility Agent Clause in Contracts

Facility Agent. s management time Any amount payable to the Facility Agent under Clauses 26 (Indemnities) and 19.11 (Indemnities to Agents) shall include the cost of utilising the Facility Agent’s reasonable management time or other resources incurred in connection with a Default and which will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rate as the Facility Agent may notify to the Parent and the Lenders, and is in addition to any fee paid or payable to the Facility Agent under any Fees Letter.
