Common use of Facility Agent's Authority Clause in Contracts

Facility Agent's Authority. Each of the Agents (other than the Facility Agent), the Arranger and the Banks irrevocably authorises the Facility Agent to execute any Supplemental Agreement on its behalf. The Facility Agent shall promptly notify each of the Banks of the execution by it of any Supplemental Agreement.
