FACILITY AGENT'S CERTIFICATE. In respect of any Advance the Facility Agent shall notify the Borrowers' Agent and the Lenders of the rate of interest as soon as it is determined under this Agreement. The certificate of the Facility Agent as to a rate of interest shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive.
