Common use of Facility Characteristics Clause in Contracts

Facility Characteristics. 7.1.1. The Supplier shall not do anything nor omit to do anything that would cause the information specified in paragraphs 2.1.2, 2.1.4, 2.1.5, 2.1.6, 2.1.7 and 2.1.8 to be untrue or incorrect in any respect. 7.1.2. The Supplier shall notify the OPA promptly of any change to the information contained in paragraphs 2.1.1 and 2.1.3.
