Facility Termination. Subject to other provisions of this Agreement requiring earlier termination, the Facility Agents’ obligations (on behalf of their respective Purchasers) to make Purchases hereunder and XX Xxxxx’ obligations to Issue or Modify (and honor draws under) the Letters of Credit hereunder shall terminate at Facility Termination.
