FACTORIES ACT. The Contractor / Bidder shall observe all applicable Rules and Regulations stipulated under Factories Act applicable to contract labour. The Contractor / Bidder shall maintain a separate register prescribed under the Act and pay Privilege Leave wages to all eligible employees. On completion of execution of the contract and before winding up, the Contractor / Bidder shall pay proportionate Privilege Leave wages to all eligible employees.
