Common use of Factors and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Factors and Conditions. All grievances will be presented to your immediate administrator. If a grievance appears to arise from the actions of an administrative officer other than the supervisor of an area and affects a group or class of teachers, or is concerned with a system-wide policy, it may be submitted at Step Three described below. The purpose of these procedures is to secure, at the lowest possible administrative level, equitable solutions to grievances. All parties agree that proceedings shall be kept confidential.
