Placement on Board Agenda. Upon receipt of a written request from the Association president requesting the consideration of a matter before the Board, the Employer shall place the matter on the agenda of the next regularly scheduled meeting as the first item under new business, unless the Employer or its designee notifies the Association president in writing of its reasons for denying the request.

  • Board Agenda The Association may request matters to be placed on the agenda of all regular Board meetings as long as these matters are requested in writing to the Superintendent prior to the date on which the agenda and notice of the Board meeting are posted as required by law.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.
