In the case of a Faculty-requested transfer, the following factors will be considered. ● The preference of the Faculty member for a particular College; ● Protecting the employment of Appointive Faculty members in the event of overstaffing in the present assignment; and/or ● Meeting the staffing needs educationally and/or numerically of another College/facility.
