Common use of Factual Information Clause in Contracts

Factual Information. All factual information heretofore or contemporaneously furnished by or on behalf of any of the Credit Parties to the Lenders for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated therein is, and all other such factual information hereafter furnished by or on behalf of any of the Credit Parties to the Lenders will be, true and accurate in all material respects on the date as of which such information is dated or certified and not incomplete by omitting to state any material fact necessary to make such information not misleading at such time.

Factual Information.
