Common use of Faculty Association Representation Clause in Contracts

Faculty Association Representation. All members of the Faculty Association are entitled to be accompanied and represented by the Faculty Association at any point in matters pertaining to harassment or discrimination under this Article. The Employer shall advise any members of this right, whether the member is a complainant, respondent, or witness in any process, including referral to the Respectful University Policy and Procedures or any discipline process as a result of a complaint.
