Faculty Procedures. (a) By a policy to be determined by the faculty, the xxxx shall establish by December 15 in each year a committee on promotion. The committee shall consist of the xxxx of the faculty and at least eight (8) other faculty employees, unless all the members are elected by the appropriate faculty board, in which case, it may be less than eight (8), and it shall be as representative as possible of the ranks and areas of interest in the faculty. The xxxx shall be chairperson of this committee.
