Failing/Incomplete Grades. A student at St. Catherine’s with more than ONE failing grade will be deemed academically ineligible until the next progress/grading period. On or after the next progress/grading period; a student may regain eligibility if he/she has no more than ONE failing grade while still maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA. A student will regain eligibility immediately once any “incompletes” are made up. In the case of fall sports in which the earliest allowed competition is before the first day students are in class:

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.
