Failure of Executive Officers to Resolve Dispute. If the Executive Officers are unable to settle the dispute after good faith negotiation in the manner set forth above or in Section 2.7, the matter (a) shall be resolved in accordance with Section 15.3, and (b) either Party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court in any jurisdiction where appropriate.
