Common use of Failure of Purchaser to take Possession of Apartment Clause in Contracts

Failure of Purchaser to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Vendor/Developer as per clause 7.2, the Purchaser shall take possession of the Apartment from the Vendor/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Vendor/Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the Purchaser. In case the Purchaser fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Purchaser shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable.

Failure of Purchaser to take Possession of Apartment. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Vendor/Developer as per clause 7.2Para 7.2 above, the Purchaser Purchaser(s) shall take possession of the Apartment from the Vendor/Developer by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, Agreement and the Vendor/Developer shall give possession of the Apartment to the PurchaserPurchaser(s). In case the Purchaser Purchaser(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2as per Para 7.2 above, such Purchaser shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicablespecified under Para 7.2 above.

Upon receiving a written intimation from the Vendor/Developer Promoter as per clause 7.26.2, the Purchaser shall take possession of the Apartment from the Vendor/Developer Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Vendor/Developer Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the Purchaser. In case the Purchaser fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.26.2, such Purchaser shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges Maintenance Charges as applicable.
