Failure of Allottee to take Possession of the said Apartment-
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot] - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot]: Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per clause 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as applicable.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of plot [Apartment/Plot] - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the plot [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the plot [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. Also in the event of Allottee’s failure to take possession or getting conveyance deed done in time limit, for any reason whatsoever, expenditure incurred on the taking care and/or maintenance of the plot shall be charged extra at the rate of rupees thirty per sqm of the plot area plus taxes per month from the date onwards other than external maintenance charges, and be paid by the purchaser as and when demanded by the builder.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/ Plot]- Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para 7.2 above, the Allottee(s) shall take possession of the [Apartment/ Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/ Plot] to the Allottee(s). In case the Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided as per Para 7.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para 7.2 above.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay interest on amount due and payable in terms of this agreement, maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2, municipal tax and other outgoings and further holding charge of Rs.5,000/- per month or part thereof for the period of delay of to taking possession .
Failure of Allottee to take Possession. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Sellers as per Clause 7.2 above and subject to all outstanding amounts being paid by the Allottee, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Sellers by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and as may be required, and the Sellers shall give possession of the Apartment to the Allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession on the Possession Date, the Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay the maintenance charges as specified in this Agreement and the rates and taxes that may be attributable to the said Apartment.
Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment/Pent Houses-[Apartment/ROW- HOUSE] Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. Also in the event of Xxxxxxxx’s failure to take possession or getting conveyance deed done in time limit, for any reason whatsoever, expenditure incurred on the taking care and/or maintenance of the Apartment/Pent Houses shall be charged extra at the rate of Rupees Thirty per sqm of the Apartment/Pent Housesarea plus taxes per month from the date onwards other than external maintenance charges, and be paid by the purchaser as and when demanded by the builder.
