Common use of Failure of the Employer to provide Clause in Contracts

Failure of the Employer to provide. a written reason for suspension or discharge shall result in the employee being paid at his regular rate of pay, for the period from the date the suspension or discharge took effect to the date the written reason is presented to the employee.
