Failure to determine Reset Interest Rate. If the Calculation Agent does not at any time for any reason so determine the Reset Interest Rate or calculate the related Interest Amount, it shall forthwith notify the Issuer, the Trustee, the Principal Paying Agent and the other Agents of such fact.
