Failure to Meet Time Limits. Time limits hereunder may be lengthened or shortened in any particular case only by mutual written agreement. The parties will attempt in good faith to adjust time limit problems which occur above Level I as a result of the summer recess. Failure to meet time limits by the District shall mean that the grievance may be automatically advanced to the next level.
