Holiday Work. Employees who work on a holiday shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times their straight time regular rate of pay for all hours actually worked on the holiday, plus holiday pay.
Holiday Work. (a) The Company will provide the Union with not less than thirty (30) days notice of the general scope of operating and/or maintenance plans on Statutory Holidays. Unanticipated weather conditions or maintenance requirements may alter those plans.
(b) On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day, operational and maintenance xxxxxxx required will be identified on a scheduled crew basis. Any employee scheduled to work who wishes to be excused from working on a particular Statutory Holiday will be accommodated provided a request for leave is made seven (7) days in advance of the Statutory Holiday and provided that a trained volunteer can be found to replace him for the shift. If no trained volunteer is found, the employee will be required to work the shift.
(c) Employees who work at Christmas shall be paid double time for working during that period identified in Clause (b).
Holiday Work. Any work which begins on an authorized holiday.
Holiday Work. A. An employee required to work on a holiday other than Christmas shall be paid the base hourly straight time rate for each hour worked up to eight (8) hours in addition to the holiday pay to which the employee is entitled as above described.
B. An employee required to work on Christmas shall be paid one and one-half (l 1/2) times the base hourly straight time rate for each hour worked in addition to the holiday pay to which the employee is entitled as above described.
Holiday Work. If an employee works on any of the holidays listed above, he/she shall be paid double time for all hours worked in addition to his/her holiday pay.

B An employee required to work on Christmas shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times the base hourly straight time rate for each hour worked. In addition, employees who work their holi- day may, at their option, elect to have their annual leave balance credited with up to eight (8) hours of annual leave or receive holiday pay to which the employee is entitled as above described at Section 3A. C Deferred holiday leave credited as annual leave, in accordance with Section 4.A or 4.B above, will be subject to all applicable rules for requesting and scheduling annual leave and shall be combined with annual leave and counted as annual leave for purposes of annual leave carryover.
Holiday Work. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays listed in Section 11.1 she or he shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times her or his regular rate for each hour worked in addition to any holiday pay for which she or he is eligible, or at the option of the County, be credited with compensatory time off equal to one and one-half (1-1/2) times the amount of time worked on the holiday in addition to any holiday pay for which she or he is eligible.

Holiday Work. An employee entitled to a paid holiday leave who is required to work on a holiday shall receive regular pay for the day plus additional pay or time off at the rate of time-and- one-half (1.5) the employee's regular rate of pay for the hours worked. Employees may choose between time off or pay for these hours unless payment in cash is prohibited by funding source or availability of funds as determined by the Department.
Holiday Work. If holiday work is assigned and authorized by the County Executive, such time worked by regular employees shall be paid in cash at a rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly rate, including premium pay for shift differentials, plus any holiday pay to which the employee may be entitled.
