Common use of Failure to Meet Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Failure to Meet Time Limits. Grievances which are not appealed within the time limits specified in the above grievance procedure shall be considered to be withdrawn by the grievant and/or the Association. If the Board fails to meet the time limits, the grievance shall automatically proceed to the next level in the procedure. The above grievance procedure affords the sole and exclusive remedy for complaints and grievances under the Agreement and the sole method of expression or communications of a view, grievance, complaint, or opinion on any matter related to this Agreement.
