NOTICES AND ADDRESS OF RECORD 13.1. 13.2. All notices required or made pursuant to this Agreement to be given by the OWNER to the CONTRACTOR shall be made in writing and shall be delivered by hand or by the United States Postal Service Department, first class mail service, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, addressed to the following CONTRACTOR's address of record:
13.3. Either party may change its address of record by written notice to the other party given in accordance with requirements of this Article.
NOTIFICATION OF ADDRESS CHANGE You will notify Us promptly in writing with Your signature if You move or otherwise have a change of address. In the event We are unable to locate You, You agree to pay all fees associated with maintaining an invalid address in Our records and any costs and locator fees incurred in Our locating efforts.

The transmission confirmation receipt from the sender’s facsimile machine shall be evidence of successful facsimile delivery.
BUILDING NAME AND ADDRESS Tenant shall not utilize any name selected by Landlord from time to time for the Building and/or the Project as any part of Tenant's corporate or trade name. Landlord shall have the right to change the name, address, number or designation of the Building or Project without liability to Tenant.
Notification of address and fax number Promptly upon receipt of notification of an address and fax number or change of address or fax number pursuant to Clause 31.2 (Addresses) or changing its own address or fax number, the Agent shall notify the other Parties.
Notification of Addresses, Lending Offices, Etc Each Bank shall notify the Agent in writing of any changes in the address to which notices to the Bank should be directed, of addresses of any Lending Office, of payment instructions in respect of all payments to be made to it hereunder and of such other administrative information as the Agent shall reasonably request.
Notice of Change Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor. If the change is unanticipated, Grantee shall give notice as soon as practicable thereafter. Grantor reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).
Notices and Change of Address Any required notice regarding this Xxxx XXX will be considered effective when we send it to the intended recipient at the last address that we have in our records. Any notice to be given to us will be considered effective when we actually receive it. You, or the intended recipient, must notify us of any change of address.
Change in Address for Notices Each of the Grantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties.
Name or Address Changes It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union of a change in mailing or physical address, change of email address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the “Schedule of Fees and Charges.”
