Failure to Obtain or Maintain. Failure to timely obtain and maintain the insurance coverages as required under this Contract may subject CMR to, among other remedies, the following. 11.2.14.1. Disqualification from eligibility to participate in any other or future projects with TFC. 11.2.14.2. Suspension of Work for cause pursuant to UGC Article 14.
