Common use of Failure to occupy room Clause in Contracts

Failure to occupy room. The university may terminate this agreement if you fail to occupy your residential space by the end of the first day of classes. If you will be delayed in occupying your residential space beyond this point, notify the Residential Living Office, in writing, of the delay and the date of arrival. There will be no proration of housing or dining fees due to delayed occupancy.
