Failure to Respond Deemed Consent. In the event any Lender’s consent is required pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement and such Lender does not respond to any request by Administrative and Collateral Agent for such consent within ten (10) days after such request is made to such Lender, such failure to respond shall be deemed a consent.

  • Response to Notice Within ten business days of receiving the Claim Notice, the Respondent must notify the Claimant of its representative to negotiate the dispute.
