Failure to Stop Payment of Preauthorized Transfer. If you order us to stop a preauthorized recurring transfer at least 3 business days before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses and damages caused by our failure except as otherwise limited in this Agreement.
