Failure to use Offers. PayPal has no liability if you fail to use any Offers within their validity period or if PayPal does not remind Paying Users of pending Offers or of the validity of any Offer. PayPal is not responsible for terms set by Receiving Users in relation to Offers or for the compliance of such terms with any applicable laws and regulations in force in Brazil or abroad.
