Special Offers. We are not required to notify you of offers we make available to others, or to change your prices to equal those contained in such offers.
Special Offers. You, Paying User, may receive promotional offers from PayPal, such as coupons, Receiving Users specific promotional balances and other deals (together, “Offers”) that can be applied to payment in case of In-Store Checkout.

We may make special offers to any Cardholder from time to time including, but not limited to, Introductory Interest Rate and other Promotional Interest Rate offers that temporarily lower the Interest Rate applicable to portions of the Debt, such as certain types of Cash Advances. We sometimes make Introductory Interest Rate offers that apply to new Accounts only. For example, we could offer a low Introductory Interest Rate for certain transactions for a limited period of time, such as a 3.9% Introductory Interest Rate on all Cash Advances for 9 months. A Promotional Interest Rate offer is an offer we may periodically make to any Cardholder and that applies to their Card after an Account has been opened. For example, we could offer any Cardholder a low Promotional Interest Rate for certain transactions for a limited period of time, such as a 3.9% Promotional Interest Rate on Credit Card Cheques for 9 months. If we make any Cardholder a special offer, we will explain its scope and duration and any additional terms that apply to it. If a Cardholder accepts the special offer by using the Credit Card Cheques or otherwise taking advantage of the special offer, both you and the Cardholder will be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms we set out in the offer. When the promotion expires, the special offer terms will end and the terms and conditions of this Agreement will continue to apply, including, but not limited to, those related to the Interest Rate and payments. The Account Statement will set out any Introductory Interest Rate(s) or Promotional Interest Rate(s) that apply to the Cardholder’s New Balance, any remaining balances associated with those rates, and when those rates expire. If any expiry date falls on a date for which we do not process Account Statements (for example, weekends and certain holidays), we will continue to provide the Cardholder with the benefit of the Introductory Interest Rate or Promotional Interest Rate until the next statement processing day.
Special Offers. 7.5 From time to time we may make special offers (Specials Offers) in connection with the Service. These Special Offers may be notified in a general advertisement or specifically offered to you and may be subject to certain conditions, including:
Special Offers. MP will (i) use best efforts to promote through the Affiliated MP Site any special or promotional offers made available by or on behalf of MP through any Additional MP Channel and (ii) promote through the Affiliated MP Site on a regular and consistent basis special offers exclusively available to AOL Members and/or AOL Users ((i) and (ii) collectively, the "Special Offers"). MP will provide AOL with reasonable prior notice of Special Offers so that AOL can market the availability of such Special Offers in the manner AOL deems appropriate in its editorial discretion, subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
Special Offers. From time to time, we may make special offers to you. A special offer may be for a limited period of time and contain additional terms and conditions. These additional terms and conditions may temporarily override the terms and conditions in this Agreement and if you take any action which indicates that you are accepting a special offer, you will be bound by them. Once the special offer ends, all terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply, including those related to interest and payments.
Special Offers. Every now and then, the Provider may send special promotions and offers to its members. Unless otherwise agreed in writing these offers, once accepted, are strictly not refundable.
Special Offers. To claim any special offers, discounts, promotional codes etc., please let us know at the time of booking. Unfortunately, if you do not let us know we may not be able to apply these discounts at a later stage. All special offers and discounts etc. are subject to availability.
Special Offers. Unless the Service Plan provides otherwise, Customer will not be entitled to participate in any promotions or have access to rewards, free usage, special Subscriber offerings, equipment, warranty and insurance packages, and other features provided to other Subscribers.
Special Offers. From time to time, TVA may advertise special offers or additional features under the IP Product (such as buy-throughs or offers to purchase additional Economic Interruption hours). Any additional Economic Interruption hours purchased by TVA under any special offer will be excluded under subsection 1.4.1 above in the event of a Reliability Interruption. If the special offer or feature is for a limited time only, for the sake of expediency, Company and TVA may enter into a two-party contract. Any credits or charges under such special offer, whether implemented through a two-party contract or otherwise, will be billed and administered by Distributor and TVA in the same manner as the other charges and credits in the IP Product Agreement. TVA will notify Distributor if Company participates in any special offers implemented through a two-party contract.
