Fall and Spring. Conference preparation will be 3.5 hours the School Improvement Day (Friday) preceding conferences. The following Thursday and Friday, conferences will be held from 8:30 β 3:30 p.m. In addition, grades K-12 will have conferences between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday. K-12 employees will attend evening conferences. K-12 employees will be paid for up to three (3) hours at per diem hourly rate of pay of the employee. In lieu of spring conferences, 9-12 employees will be paid up to three (3) hours per diem hourly rate of pay to attend the Honors Award Banquet. This time must be submitted on a District time sheet.
