Common use of Fall Season Use Clause in Contracts

Fall Season Use. a) MCST shall have non-exclusive use of the use of the pool during the postseason from August 10 through October 31, 2020 Monday, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 pm to 5:20 pm and from 6:30 pm to 7:20 pm (this time period shall be referred to as the “Postseason”).
