Common use of Fall Season Use Clause in Contracts

Fall Season Use. a. MCST shall have non-exclusive use of the use of the pool during the postseason from August 9 through October 31, 2021 Monday, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 pm to 5:15 pm* and from 6:45 pm* to 7:45 pm* (this time period shall be referred to as the “Postseason”). *Traditional times updated to reflect projected COVID scheduling b. XXXX shall compensate the City for each member of MCST that uses the RAC during the Postseason. The fees are as follows: Swimmers swimming one day a week is $26. Swimmers swimming two days a week is $39. Swimmers swimming three days a week is $59. Four days a week $79. c. Additionally, MCST will pay for any lifeguard services provided before 3:45 pm September and October and after 7:00 p.m. during the month of October.
