Common use of False Statement Clause in Contracts

False Statement. The falsity of any material statement, warranty or representation when given or made by CMR to TFC or A/E, whether in this Contract, in CMR’s response to the RFQ, or otherwise, or any such statement, warranty or representation becoming materially false at any time during the term of this Contract, or any fraud committed by CMR or its members, officers, agents, or principals in connection with the procurement of this Contract or the delivery of the Construction Management Service.
