Agreement to Insure. The Contractor shall not commence performing services under this Agreement unless and until all insurance required by this Article is in effect, and shall ensure continuous insurance coverage in the manner, form, and limits required by this Article throughout the term of the Agreement.

Agreement to Insure. The Contractor shall maintain the following types of insurance if and as indicated in Schedule A (with the minimum limits and special conditions specified in Schedule A) throughout the term of this Agreement, including any applicable guaranty period. All insurance shall meet the requirements set forth in this Article 7. Wherever this Article 7 requires that insurance coverage be “at least as broad” as a specified form (including all ISO forms), there is no obligation that the form itself be used, provided that the Contractor can demonstrate that the alternative form or endorsement contained in its policy provides coverage at least as broad as the specified form.
Agreement to Insure. The Buyer agrees to make the Maritime Administration an assured under its marine insurance policy in conformance with ARTICLE X of this Contract to cover the period of time from when the Obsolete Vessel is removed from the site where the Obsolete Vessel is located, as specified in Exhibit 1, to such time that title is transferred by Xxxx of Sale to the Buyer at the location where the Obsolete Vessel will be dismantled.
Agreement to Insure. We will provide the in- surance described in this policy in return for the premium and your compliance with all applicable provisions. Agreement to Insure. From the date the Agreement is registered and throughout the term of this Agreement, the Contractor must procure and maintain with companies authorized to do business in the State of New York, the following types and amounts of insurance. All insurance must meet the requirements set forth in this Article 2. Wherever this Article 2 requires that insurance coverage be “at least as broad” as a specified form (including all ISO forms), the Contractor represents to the City that the alternative form contained in its policy provides coverage at least as broad as the specified form.
