FAMILIARISATION WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S SYSTEMS. As part of the Open Book Accounting Principles, the Authority should have confidence that the Operator’s management information systems and financial systems are understood and are reliable for the intended purpose. As part of these arrangements the Operator shall provide the Authority with details of how their accounting systems will operate in respect of this Agreement and will allow this to be verified by the Authority.
