Common use of Families and Communities Clause in Contracts

Families and Communities. Together (FaCT): A public-private partnership that supports FRCs and provides program development and administration, funding, and training. FaCT receives federal, State, and County funding, as well as volunteer, in-kind support, and private donations. Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): The amount of time (stated as a percentage) an hourly position will be providing services under an agreement. This percentage is based upon a 40-hour work week. For salaried employees, FTE is defined as the amount of time (stated as a percentage) the position will be paid under an agreement, regardless of the number of hours actually worked.
