Common use of Families Only Clause in Contracts

Families Only. a. There is an 11:00 p.m. curfew for all children under the age of 16 years. b. Children are not allowed to play or socialize in the streets in the housing areas or go into the xxxxx surrounding the housing areas. Children can ride bicycles in the streets, driveways and parking areas when appropriately supervised and in accordance with town ordinances. Children are not permitted to draw on exterior walls of buildings with chalk. c. Rules for the children's playground areas include the following: Children over the age of 3 years are not allowed on the toddler swings and children under the age of 6 years are not allowed to play on playground equipment without the supervision of an adult or a sibling who is at least 12 years old.
