Common use of Family Involvement Program Clause in Contracts

Family Involvement Program. All families with students enrolled in Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School are expected to participate in 20 hours of service by May 31st of the calendar year. Those families who cannot participate in service time have the option of buying their service time hours at the rate of $20.00 per service hour. Any service hours not completed will be charged a $20.00 per hour fee. Once a student is registered in our school, you have entered into an agreement and commitment to pay tuition for the entire year. The size of staff, amount of materials and books, and yearly school budget are based upon this commitment which was made at the time of admission/re-enrollment. Tuition paid is nonrefundable, and paying tuition is the obligation of the family. I/We, the undersigned, have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, for the enrollment of Student(s) for the 2021-2022 school year.
