Family Planning Extension Program. Family planning and family planning related services are provided, for a period of up to 24 months, to eligible recipients who lose Medicaid pregnancy coverage at the conclusion of 60 days postpartum, and who are not otherwise eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, or health insurance coverage that provides family planning services, and who have a family income at or below 150 percent of the FPL at the time of annual redetermination.
