EDUCATION PROGRAM. Measure 1a Is the school implementing the material elements of its Educational Program as defined in the charter contract? Measure 1b Is the school complying with applicable education requirements? Measure 1c Is the school protecting the rights of students with disabilities? Measure 1d Is the school protecting the rights of English Language Learner (ELL) students?
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The parties shall establish a Joint Committee composed of three representatives of each party to determine and manage Joint Labour Relations Training and Education Programs. The program(s) will commence as soon as possible. The Board agrees to pay the full cost of all time off work for all Association Stewards and those management representatives participating in the program. The parties shall equally share the other costs of preparing, administering and carrying out the program including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the cost of materials, speakers, accommodation, etc. The Committee shall consider whether any portion of the programs shall consist of separate training and education components for Association and management participants or whether all education and training should be joint. Any change made by the Committee must be unanimous.
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The Individual Employer will implement a comprehensive drug awareness and education program which shall be in conformance with the DOT regulations. The program shall include educating Employees and management/supervisory personnel about substance abuse and chemical dependency, the adverse effect they have on Employees and the Individual Employer, and the treatment available to Employees who abuse substances and/or are chemically dependent, and the penalties that may be imposed upon Employees who violate this Policy. The Individual Employer shall consult with ARP before it implements this policy so that ARP can provide education to the Individual Employer and its Employees. ARP shall continue to provide an educational program for the Individual Employer for their Employees and shall, to the maximum extent possible, train the Employees of Individual Employer who implement this Policy.
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The Education Program section assesses the school’s adherence to the material terms of its proposed education program. As a legal term, something is “material” if it is relevant and significant. For purposes of defining educational program accountability, the SPCSA will consider whether the information would be relevant and significant to decisions about whether to renew, non-renew, or revoke a charter. In addition to capturing material terms of the education program, this section also captures certain aspects of an education program that are required by law (e.g., content standards, assessments, special education requirements, etc.).
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The Executive shall be entitled to complete, at the Bank's expense, all courses in which the Executive is enrolled under the Bank's Education Program on the date of his termination.
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The Department will not reimburse the Agency for any educational costs for a child placed in a group home, agency boarding home, or xxxxxx boarding home. These children must be enrolled in the public school educational program, unless another educational option is detailed in the child’s family assessment and service plan. The Agency must record required education information in CONNECTIONS upon Build 19 implementation. The Agency will comply with the standards set forth in 18 NYCRR 441.13 regarding education of xxxxxx children in its care.

EDUCATION PROGRAM. Hospital shall provide and maintain a [Program Specialty] graduate medical education program accredited by the ACGME.
EDUCATION PROGRAM. EEG shall implement the educational program and the program of instruction. EEG shall provide all administrative and educational services of the School. EEG shall be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of administrative and teaching staff and the day-to-day supervision or implementation of the educational program of instruction. EEG will be responsible for the following areas: • Recruitment and hiring of all staff including Administrative, Educational and support staff (collectively “Staff”). Prior to the commencement of and during the school year, determine the staffing levels including teachers and the applicable grade levels and subjects required for the operation of the School, and recommend such teachers, as required by law, to the School. All teachers shall hold the requisite teaching certificate in accordance with applicable law. Staff may work on a full- or part- time basis. • Provide training in its methods, policies, curriculum, student information systems, special education, program, and technology to personnel on a regular and continuous basis. • Management of day-to-day activities of Staff. • Manage and maintain all employee files and human resource processes. • Performance and Evaluation of Staff which includes assigning, disciplining, transferring and terminating personnel, consistent with the Contract, Mission, and state and federal law. EEG shall keep the Board informed of all Staff related actions and decisions on a regular basis. • Evaluate, recommend and oversee implementation of course and curriculum design. • Develop, maintain and administer all State-mandated and other testing. • Select and negotiate terms of procurement of teaching guides, curricula and aids utilized to implement the educational program. • Perform repeated evaluation, assessment and continuous improvement of the School's educational program, curriculum and program. • Provide periodic reports on student performance, and whether educational goals and measurements are being achieved as required by the Charter/Contract for Community School. • Perform quality data tracking, including but not limited to student data such as attendance, performance, student earned credits, graduation rates, etc. • Provide for the management of the Instructional Materials, which shall involve procurement, contracting, storage, fulfillment, and other services required to obtain and deliver such Instructional Materials.
EDUCATION PROGRAM. The Agency provides information and education to individuals using the Agency’s services and individuals who live or work in the Members’ jurisdictions in order to maximize use of the Agency’s programs, encourage recycling and other forms of waste diversion, and otherwise further the purpose and goals of the Agency. The Education Program shall continue to exist and the Agency shall continue to operate such program in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in furtherance of the Agency’s purposes and goals, as directed by the Agency Board.
